Key Responsibilities :
1. Content Creation: Assist in the creation of engaging and relevant content for our social media channels, including but not limited to posts, stories, videos, and graphics.
2. Platform Management: Monitor and manage our social media accounts, including scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and aesthetic.
3. Research and Trends: Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to inform content strategy and optimization efforts..
4. Community Engagement: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner, fostering meaningful interactions and building relationships with our audience.
5. Analytics and Reporting: Assist in tracking and analyzing key social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion, to evaluate the performance of content and campaigns and provide insights for optimization.
6. Campaign Support: Support the execution of social media campaigns and initiatives, including brainstorming ideas, creating content calendars, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, including marketing, design, and content, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall marketing objectives and strategies.
