We are seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role requires expertise in leveraging social media platforms to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, analytics-driven, and adept at creating engaging content across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.

2. Content Creation: Create compelling and relevant content for various social media platforms (including text, image, and video content).

3. Community Management: Engage with our community and respond to comments and messages promptly and appropriately.

4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with marketing objectives, including budget management and performance tracking.

5. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor social media performance using analytical tools and provide reports and insights to optimize strategies.

6. Stay Updated: Stay current with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and integrate new ideas to enhance our social media presence.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all channels.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their respective audiences.

- Proficiency in content management and social media scheduling tools.

- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.

- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

- Excellent communication and writing skills.

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

- Experience in paid social media advertising is a plus.
