Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our clients' social media strategies to enhance their online presence, improve marketing efforts, and increase engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to align with clients' business goals.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
• Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing, content, and design teams to ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build a strong online community.
• Conduct social media audits and competitive analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Excellent understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms.
