Job Description

:

As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy across various platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our digital properties. You will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize our online presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and possess a deep understanding of social media trends and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to align with company goals and objectives.

Create engaging and relevant content for all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.

Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, posting, and community management.

Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Monitor social media channels for trends, news, and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.

Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track key metrics, trends, and insights.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategy.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and customer service, to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.

Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from followers and customers in a timely and professional manner.

Continuously optimize social media content and campaigns based on insights and feedback to improve performance and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

Proficiency in social media management tools, analytics platforms, and content creation/editing software.

Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive and self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Passion for social media and digital marketing, with a desire to stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
Must have good communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?32,000.00 per month

Schedule:
