This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creativity, manage our online presence, and make a significant impact on our marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and update all social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, to promote properties and company initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and industry news to stay ahead of the curve.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing strategies.

Requirements and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related field.
• portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns.
• Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• A drive to work hard, achieve results, and continuously improve.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics tools.
