Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Polstrat. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media marketing campaigns, developing communication strategies, creating content, and optimizing social media platforms. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

1. Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills

Strong communication skills

2. Experience in developing content strategies Excellent writing skills

3. Knowledge of political landscape and current affairs

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience with analytics tools Strong attention to detail

5.Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field

6. Required Qualification and Experience

7. Minimum of 2-5 years of prior work experience, preferably in managing political pages/accounts or for political clients.

8. Proficiency in both Telugu and English languages.

9. Familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

10. Understanding of social media metrics; capable of interpreting the results and taking action to increase the effectiveness of social media campaigns.

12. Demonstrated interest in and knowledge of the political, social, and economic discourses in India.
