About Us:

We are excited to announce the launch of our new kids skincare and haircare line, Avee Kids Products. We are looking for a dynamic and creative female Social Media Manager to join our team and help us build a strong online presence for our new product line.

As a Social Media Manager for Avee Kids Products , you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure the brand's voice and mission are consistently communicated across all platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy for Avee Kids Products.
• Define the most important social media KPIs and track performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
• Content Creation:
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• Develop engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts to enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Community Management:
• Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, and monitor customer reviews.
• Foster a sense of community and create engaging conversations with our audience.
• Campaign Management:
• Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Avee Kids Products.
• Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyze social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Prepare monthly reports on social media marketing efforts and present them to the management team.
• Collaboration:
• Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales, and customer service to ensure brand consistency.
• Coordinate with influencers, bloggers, and other external partners to promote our products.
• Ad Management:
• Manage social media advertisements, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
• Brand Advocacy:
• Build strong relationships with key influencers to ensure product promotion and brand recognition.
• Monitor and evaluate trends in social media applications, channels, design, and strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, and other social media best practices.
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Experience with social media management tools .
• Excellent multitasking skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Creativity and a passion for kids skincare and haircare products.
