Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager . The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, and drive conversions. You will manage daily content creation, monitor analytics, and stay updated on trends to optimize our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategy Development :
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
• Plan campaigns to achieve marketing objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention.
• Content Creation and Management :
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content across social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, youtube).
• Collaborate with design and content teams for visual and written materials.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across channels.
• Community Engagement :
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Foster and grow an engaged online community by interacting with followers.
• Address negative feedback and resolve customer issues diplomatically.
• Analytics and Reporting :
• Monitor performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, impressions, conversions) using analytics tools.
• Prepare regular reports to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark and refine strategies.
• Trend Monitoring :
• Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform features.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new tools and trends for the brand.
• Collaboration :
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media efforts with business goals.
• Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors for promotional activities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
