Overview:

Sonata Music Academy is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join our team. As a leading music academy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional music education to our students. The Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and promoting our services through various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and student enrollment.
• Manage and oversee all social media accounts including Instagram, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand identity.
• Plan and schedule monthly content calendars for Instagram, including posts, stories, and reels.
• Create compelling visual and written content for posts and stories that resonate with our audience and drive engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and appropriately apply that knowledge to increase the use of social media.
• Analyse and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Respond to comments and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Co ordinating with Teachers at the academy to schedule monthly meetings.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Expertise in multiple social media platforms, particularly Instagram.
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft tools and graphic designing software (Canva, Adobe etc)
• Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

Work Location:

Hybrid (Vashi preferred)

Job Types: Internship, Freelance

Pay: ?4,500.00 per month
