Manage and monitor all social media accounts, ensuring timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries. Analyze social media insights and metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and recommend innovative ideas for content creation. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across different channels. Engage with parents, students, and the wider community through social media platforms to foster positive relationships and address any concerns or questions. Monitor online reputation and manage online reviews and ratings. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as teachers and administrators, to gather content and ensure accurate representation of school activities and achievements. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms to provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
