Duties and Responsibilities'
1. Strategy Development
• Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Koncept Hospitals & Wellness's goals and objectives.
• Content Strategy: Create a content calendar that includes a mix of promotional, educational, and engaging content to foster community engagement.
2. Content Creation and Management
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality, informative, and engaging content (posts, videos, infographics, blogs) related to health, wellness, hospital services, patient stories, and events.
• Multimedia Management: Work with graphic designers, videographers, and photographers to create compelling visuals and videos.
• Content Scheduling: Schedule and publish content on various social media platforms using tools like zoho marketing plus.
3. Community Engagement
• Customer Interaction: Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms promptly and professionally.
• Community Building: Foster a sense of community by engaging with followers, sharing relevant user-generated content, and participating in health-related online conversations.
• Patient Feedback: Monitor and address patient feedback and reviews on social media and online review sites.
4. Brand Management
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with Koncept Hospitals & Wellness's brand voice, values, and guidelines.
• Reputation Management: Monitor social media channels for mentions of the hospital and address any negative feedback or misinformation.
5. Analytics and Reporting
• Performance Tracking: Use analytics tools to track and report on social media performance metrics such as engagement, reach, conversions, and website traffic.
• Data Analysis: Analyze social media data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports to present to hospital management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
6. Campaign Management
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote hospital services, health awareness programs, events, and patient testimonials.
• Ad Management: Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and performance optimization.
7. Collaboration and Coordination
• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work closely with the Doctor, any allocated Incharge and medical teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign alignment.
• External Partnerships: Collaborate with healthcare influencers, community organizations, and other stakeholders to enhance social media reach and impact.

Pay: ?9,907.87 - ?18,000.00 per month
