Specializing in customized hotel, restaurant, and home furniture, architecture, interior design, interior styling, and furniture design, we are committed to delivering unique and high-quality products tailored to our customers\' specific needs. : As a Social Media Manager at Chafa Home, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our social media strategy. This full-time, on-site position in Pune requires an individual who can create and manage engaging social media campaigns, develop effective content strategies, optimize social media channels, respond to audience interactions, and analyze insights to enhance engagement and growth. Additionally, you will be responsible for driving sales and conversions, managing two distinct social media accounts - one dedicated to interior design and the other to our furniture store. Key Responsibilities: - Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing campaigns aligned with our brand objectives. - Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content strategies for various platforms. - Editing and Multimedia: Develop and edit visually appealing videos and graphics for social media content. - Sales and Conversion: Drive sales and conversions through strategic social media initiatives. - Platform Management: Handle two social media accounts - one focused on interior design and the other on our furniture store. - Audience Interaction: Respond to social media comments and messages, fostering positive interactions with our community. - Analytics and Insights: Analyze social media performance metrics to refine strategies for increased engagement and growth. Qualifications: - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and management. - Strong knowledge of social media platforms and emerging trends. - Ability to create effective content strategies to elevate brand presence. - Proficiency in social media optimization (SMO) techniques. - Experience in crafting engaging social media content. - Strong analytical skills to evaluate and improve social media performance. - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Knowledge of photography and graphic design is a plus. - Familiarity with the furniture and interior design industry is an additional advantage.
