A Social Media Manager & PR who understands the aim of posting the brand content on social media or
any other digital platform, plans inorganic activity/campaign, anticipates the outcome and ensures results.

Communication
Experience - Minimum 3 Years of experience of media handling in luxury or design Business/industry
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Understanding the Brand nuance and making strategy accordingly, to increase the reach among
the target audience. Develop PR campaigns and media relations strategies.
2. Work with copywriters and designers/creative team (considering size, orientation/layout of
the post) to ensure content is informative, appealing and conveys the correct message
3. Publishing the content on all Social handles and monitoring the response on social media
posting.
4. Measure and do analytical studies about the success of every social media campaign.
5. Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization. Address inquiries
from the media and other parties
6. Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong
network.
7. Engage influencers, manage our community by responding to comments, and oversee responses
on all platforms.
8. Identifying new trends in digital marketing, evaluating new technologies and stay up to date with
the latest social media best practices.
9. Prepare and submit PR reports, Manage PR issues
Core skills
  • Knowledgeable on principles, practices and techniques of marketing strategies.Excellent strategic
thinker, able to develop big-picture strategies and develop marketing and advertising plans that
align with a brand?s goals and objectives.
  • Coordination between teams involved in various works coming together to create/realize a
marketing plan.
  • Experience in analyzing data.
  • Budget and cost analysis experience.
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.
  • Experience running large scope projects with cross-over departments and large teams.
Male / Female with a Creative edge.
  • Should be skilled at communicating with directors and creative teams through presentations,
compelling copy, detailed strategy documents and able to clearly explain the reasoning behind
strategic decisions.
  • Skilled enough to single handedly manage the marketing & communication
team.
  • Play an active role in content creation.
