b Summary:We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in managing social media platforms, specifically for hotels, resorts, and real estate properties. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our properties.Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for hotels, resorts, and real estate sites to increase brand awareness, engagement, and traffic.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality content (images, videos, and written posts) that showcases our properties and engages our audience.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee and manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions, including paid advertising campaigns, to achieve marketing goals.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and other analytics platforms. Use data to optimize strategies and improve results.
  • Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a sense of community around our brand.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.
  • Trends and Innovation: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Recommend and implement new strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all social media content aligns with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s voice, style, and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and how to effectively use them.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Additional Requirements:
  • Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
  • Photography and video editing skills are a plus.
  • Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
