Position Overview The Reppro is on the hunt for a seasoned Social Media Manager to join our in-office team in Noida. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative professional who is adept at crafting and executing impactful social media strategies for a diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and traffic across all platforms for multiple clients. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with each client\'s brand and campaign objectives. Analyze, review, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns to maximize results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive social media identity. Provide feedback from social media trends and research; relay it to business strategists. Manage social media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities. Fortnightly/ monthly reports Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 3-4 years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency environment handling multiple client accounts. Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. Strong understanding of social media metrics and data analysis. Preferred Skills In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and how they can be deployed.
