: Social Media ManagerRole: Social Media ManagerType: Full-time, PermanentLocation: Vashi, MumbaiSet up: Full Time in OfficePurpose: The role holder will develop and execute social media strategies to increase brandawareness, drive traffic, and generate leads.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Develop and implement Growth-Driven Social Media Strategies:Design and implement social media strategies focused on rapid follower growth andincreasing brand reach for our brands. Leverage trends, viral content strategies, and audienceinsights to boost share-ability and follower acquisitionCreate Growth Plans with SMART GoalsEstablish a strategic roadmap to achieve growth targets, setting Specific, Measurable,Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) goals to guide each phase of development.Outline clear, actionable steps for short-term and long-term growth, mapping resourcesrequired and regularly assessing progress and adjusting as needed to ensure alignment withoverall brand goals.Plan and schedule content to maintain a consistent social media presence.Engaging Content Creation:Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, thatresonate with the target audience.Craft compelling, shareable content (e.g., posts, videos, memes) that encourages non-followers to engage and follow our brand. Experiment with various content types and formatsto identify what resonates most with our audience, focusing on video, interactive posts, anduser-generated contentCommunity management:Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a strong onlinecommunity.Review ORM reports regularly & enhance response templates and improve engagementqualityMonitor online conversations and sentiment using tools like Meltwater, trackingpositive/negative share of voice and identifying opportunities for proactive engagement.Actively jump in to manage crises or address negative comments, ensuring timely andprofessional responses to uphold brand reputation.Influencer Marketing & Brand Partnerships:Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Track the metrics ofthese bits of engagement and touch points.Identify and partner with brands that align with the brand's vision and values.Trend Forecasting:Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and social media trends.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and industry best practices.Data-Driven OptimizationTrack and analyze social media performance metrics, focusing on engagement rates, shares,comments, saves, and follower growth.Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.Cross-Platform Strategy:Develop cohesive cross-platform strategies that align with our brands message, adaptingcontent to each platforms strengths (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, WorkPlace, WhatsApp)Content Creation:Create and curate high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos, thatresonate with the target audience.EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:3-5 years of experience in social media management or content marketing roles with asolid track record in scaling follower growth for channels like Instagram and YouTubeGrowthStrong understanding of viral content creation and audience insight analysis.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong storytelling ability with a talent for crafting engaging, shareable content thatcaptures attention and resonates with the audienceProficiency in creating social media video content, including B-rolls and short-formvideos, to communicate key messages effectively and maintain viewer interestData-driven mindset with experience in testing and optimizing content forperformance.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Social Pilot).
