  • Client Relations:
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Communicate client needs effectively to the social media specialists to inform content creation/design.
  • Content Management:
  • Review designed posts from the social media team and share them with clients for approval.
  • Provide feedback and edits to the design team to refine content as needed.
  • Occasionally create and edit posts directly, using tools like Canva.
  • Strategy and Reporting:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for each client, considering their unique goals and industry trends.
  • Create and share monthly reports that track key metrics, campaign performance, and opportunities for growth.
  • Continuously analyze results to refine strategies and improve client outcomes.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Collaborate regularly with the social media team, sharing insights from client meetings and participating in brainstorming sessions.
  • Stay current on social media trends and best practices to ensure client strategies are cutting-edge.
  • Communicate with email marketing teams and website design teams to ensure ads and social media posts are consistent across channels.
  • Scheduling and Publishing:
  • Schedule posts for clients using Buffer or other scheduling tools.
  • Ensure timely publication of content according to the client\xe2\x80\x99s strategy and campaign calendar.
Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in social media management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Canva for content creation and editing.
  • Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ability to interpret data.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for engaging with clients and collaborating with the team.
  • Strong organizational skills, with an ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills for developing innovative strategies and content.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 50,000.00 - 80,000.00 per month Benefits:
