Implement strategies to increase user engagement and encourage user-generated content. 4. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. 5. Social Listening and Monitoring: Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and industry trends. Utilize social listening tools to gather insights, identify opportunities, and address potential issues. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and overall social media performance. Provide regular reports with actionable insights to stakeholders. 7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and customer service, to ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels. Work closely with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify brand reach. 8. Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with social media platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging trends. Identify and recommend new opportunities for innovation and growth. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms. Experience with paid social media advertising is a plus.
