: Social Media Manager for a Regenerative Agriculture Project in Punjab We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our regenerative agriculture project team in Punjab. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and managing our online presence across various social media platforms. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our project goals and objectives.
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for our social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Manage and grow our social media presence by increasing engagement, followers, and overall reach.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to track progress and adjust strategy as needed.
- Collaborate with project team members to develop and promote social media campaigns and events.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and the agriculture industry.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing social media content creation and management.
- Experience in agriculture or environmental sustainability sector preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Punjabi.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, communication, or a relevant field.
