Position Overview: The Social Media Team Lead will spearhead the management and

execution of social media strategies for our clients, specifically within the automobile

industry. This role involves overseeing a dynamic team, ensuring the effective use of social

media tools, and serving as the primary point of contact for client communications. The

ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media management, team

leadership, and a deep understanding of the digital ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and highperforming work environment.

Develop, implement, and refine comprehensive social media strategies tailored to the

automobile industry.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent

communication.

Present campaign strategies and performance reports to clients, building strong

relationships and trust.

Oversee the execution and management of social media campaigns, measuring their

effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaborate with copywriters and designers to produce engaging and relevant content.

Utilize various social media management and analytics tools to monitor performance, track

engagement, and report on metrics.

Identify and implement best practices for maximizing reach and impact across all

platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
