Job Title: Social Media Manager
Reporting To: Director
Location: Malad (W)
Experience: 2 - 4 years
Work Days: Monday - Friday and alternate Saturday
Reporting time: 9:45 am
Key Accountabilities:
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
• Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
• Manages social media team members, including copywriters and other content creators, by overseeing their work and offering guidance or direction.
• Audits and analyses social media presences, including digital advertising costs and returns.
• Analyses social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement.
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces.
• Analyse customer expectations according to past social media activity.
• Develop social media campaigns.
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns.
• Update social media content across all channels.
• Engage with customers and followers.
• Use social media marketing tools such as Facebook Ads, Buffer and Hootsuite.
• Monitor paid campaigns and analyzes data obtained.
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network.
• Develop content or get it done by content developers.
• Keep an eye on social media trends.
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers.
• Monitoring the client's brand on social media.
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
• Overseeing customer service provided via social media.
• Analysing data to determine whether social media paid campaigns have achieved their objectives.
Technical skills:
• A good knowledge of All Social Media platforms.
• Hands-on experience in Powerpoint presentation and report generation.
• Good knowledge of all MS office tools.
Qualifications:
• Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
