Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop, implement, and manage our clients\xe2\x80\x99 social media strategies. Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns. Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies. Engage with the online community and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner. Client Servicing: Serve as the main point of contact for client communications. Understand client needs and ensure their satisfaction through effective campaign management. Coordinate with the internal team to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations. Provide regular updates to clients on campaign progress and performance. Gather and process client feedback to improve service delivery. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the team during periodic meet-ups and shoots. Assist in planning and executing client shoots or events in Hyderabad. Qualifications: Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 6 months of experience in social media management or a related role. Internship experience is also acceptable. Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in social media analytics tools and content management systems.
