We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our and our clients online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities and Duties - Develop monthly reports on emerging social media trends that will be submitted to the management and executive teams - Monitor the company\xe2\x80\x99s and clients social media accounts and offer constructive interaction with users -Create methods for finding and saving online customer reviews - Analyze the long-term needs of the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan.

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use all social media marketing tools.
• Monitor campaigns and analyzes data obtained
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Oversee day-to-day management of campaigns and ensure brand consistency
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Work with brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube ,snapchat, LinkedIn and discord etc
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others.

Qualifications for Social Media Manager

• 3-5 years of social media management experience
• Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field
• Professional certification in Google Analytics strongly preferred
• Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and HubSpot.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
• General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
• Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
• Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.
• Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
