We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic advertising agency team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to amplify our clients' brands, drive audience engagement, and achieve measurable business outcomes. The candidate should be pro-active, have good communication skills, and be a team player.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy :
• Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Align social media goals with overall marketing and brand objectives.
Content Creation :
• Oversee the creation of compelling, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce visually appealing and engaging multimedia content.
Community Management :
• Monitor, engage, and respond to audience interactions across platforms in a timely and authentic manner.
• Build and nurture online communities by fostering relationships with followers and influencers.
Analytics & Reporting :
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve campaigns.
• Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social) to measure performance and optimize strategies.
Advertising Campaigns :
• Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor budget, performance, and ROI for all paid initiatives.
Trend Awareness :
• Stay up-to-date on social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms.
• Recommend innovative strategies to ensure clients remain competitive and relevant.
Collaboration :
• Work closely with account managers, designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to align messaging across channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding social media initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
Education :
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
Experience :
• 4+ years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Experience with managing multiple client accounts and industries.
Technical Skills :
• Proficiency in social media tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
Soft Skills :
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
• Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and innovation.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
