We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to elevate and manage the personal brand of our founder. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of personal branding, social media trends, and content creation, with a proven track record of growing and engaging audiences. This role involves developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance the founder's online presence, showcase thought leadership, and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
• Develop and implement a robust social media strategy to grow the founder's personal brand and online presence.
• Create and manage a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the founder to generate content ideas that align with their vision, values, and industry expertise.
• Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities.
• Content Creation and Management:
• Produce high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content, including posts, videos, stories, and articles.
• Write compelling captions and copy that reflect the founder's voice and resonate with the target audience.
• Oversee the design and production of graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
• Manage the founder's social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Community Engagement:
• Engage with the founder's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner.
• Foster meaningful interactions and conversations with followers, industry peers, and influencers.
• Monitor and manage online reputation, addressing any issues or negative feedback professionally.
• Growth and Analytics:
• Implement strategies to grow followers, increase engagement, and drive traffic to the founder's content.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and content.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the founder, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
• Adjust strategies based on data and feedback to optimize performance.
• Partnerships and Collaborations:
• Identify and build relationships with influencers, thought leaders, and relevant brands for potential collaborations.
• Coordinate and manage joint content projects, interviews, and guest appearances.
• Ensure all partnerships align with the founder's brand values and goals.
• Personal Brand Development:
• Work closely with the founder to refine and enhance their personal brand identity.
• Assist in developing the founder's thought leadership content, including blog posts, articles, and speaking engagements.
• Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all platforms and communications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing personal brands or high-profile social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to capture and convey the founder's voice.
• Creative thinking and the ability to produce engaging and original content.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the founder and other team members.
• Experience in public relations or influencer marketing is a plus.
