Job description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Servicing professional to join our social media team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be well-versed in social media platforms and strategies, and have a track record of successfully managing client relationships. Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely and effective communication

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and advocate

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, creative, and analytics, to ensure the successful execution of social media campaigns

• Develop and execute social media strategies that align with client objectives and goals

• Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and algorithm changes

• Proactively identify opportunities to improve social media performance and enhance the client experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on client servicing
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and exceeding expectations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
• Proficient in social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Knowledge of social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and Buffer
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for social media and staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices
