What Youll Do: Put together the strategy to onboard and engage with different sections of the Exprto community 1.) Create unique and personalized social content to drive community conversations 2.) Analyze community insights and spot trends to improve content strategy 3.) Identifying and reporting KPIs and relevant metrics 4.) Providing weekly and monthly listening and engagement reports 5.) Foster community-to-community interaction, identify relevant and interesting resources to share with our community 6.) Act as the voice of the Exprto brand and a bank of knowledge on the product What Makes You Qualified: 1.) Minimum one year of experience in marketing research, social media, or communication (experience in working in an Ed-tech student facing role preferred) 2.) Excellent writing skills to create succinct and engaging social messaging 3.) Understanding of and experience of managing popular social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google+, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram) 4.) Experience of building community programs, managing social groups and chats 5.) Experience of managing some social customer service, and conducting webinars 6.)Works well with a team but can take full responsibility for their goals and outcomes 7.)Proficient skills in Microsoft Office ( Word, Powerpoint, Excel) a strong plus 8.)
