Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management:
• Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand presence on Facebook and Instagram.
• Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms.
• Produce engaging content, including graphics, videos, and written posts, tailored to the real estate market.
• Client Interaction:
• Engage with potential clients through social media channels, responding to inquiries and fostering relationships.
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, showcasing properties, and scheduling appointments.
• Property Showings and Appointments:
• Arrange and conduct property showings for interested clients.
• Manage and coordinate appointment schedules for property viewings.
• Industry Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest real estate industry trends, government rules, and regulations.
• Understand and navigate real estate procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in social media management, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Proven experience running successful Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
• Strong understanding of real estate industry, government rules, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work 7 days a week , as needed.
