We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Digital Media Manager who is willing to be part of young and dynamic team. About the role :

• Create, implement, measure, and improve the successful performance of marketing campaigns across digital platforms for Envertiz
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence
• Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
• Establishing marketing goals and objectives in line with current market trends.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Market the business through social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, email marketing etc).
• Managing the company\'s digital marketing arena, which includes (not limited to) maintenance and management of the website and social media pages.
• Monitor campaigns regularly and ensure brand consistency
• Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
• Hands on experience in handling a team.
• Work with the brand to create and implement social media strategies monthly.
• Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology.
• Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and ensure a positive customer service experience
• Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn
• Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
• Oversee the creation and implementation of monthly newsletters.
• Strong understanding of GDPR compliance.

Skills & Experience Required

• 3-5 years in social media and/or Digital Marketing experience
• Hands-on experience of digital media platform (Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords)
• Proficient computer skills (Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and you might have a good eye for design Proficient using multi-social posting programs such as Hootsuite and Zoho
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)
• Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach
• Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives at once.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time Salary: 22,000.00 - 85,000.00 per month Benefits:
