- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to enhance client personal branding.
- Monitor, moderate, and respond to audience comments; manage social media partnerships with other brands; and oversee creative content.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance with insights and recommendations for future strategies.
- Content Creation:
- Write, edit, and curate engaging content that aligns with client\'s personal brand voice and goals, including posts, articles, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with graphic designers and video editors to create visually appealing content.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
- Client Interaction:
- Work directly with clients to understand their personal branding needs and translate them into actionable social media strategies.
- Maintain continuous communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and to adjust strategies as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a consistent brand message across all mediums.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret the results.
- Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
