We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social media, have a strong understanding of various platforms, and be capable of creating engaging content to enhance our online presence. Additionally, experience with running paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google, as well as LinkedIn lead generation, is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement our social media strategy.
Create and manage content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to inquiries and feedback.
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the success of campaigns.
Plan and execute paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Generate leads on LinkedIn through targeted campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure brand consistency.
Identify new trends and opportunities to enhance our social media presence.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in social media management.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants.
Experience running paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Google.
Experience with LinkedIn lead generation.
Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Knowledge of online marketing channels.
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, with good multitasking and organizational skills.
