Job Summary:

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. This role requires a high degree of multitasking ability, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to oversee the social media team and coordinate with various departments to ensure a cohesive brand message.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy:

• Create and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
• Develop and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.

Content Creation and Management:

• Oversee the production of high-quality, engaging, and shareable content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage real-time content updates and live posting during events or promotions.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives and content creators.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and other departments to create cohesive and effective social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to ensure a unified brand message.

Community Engagement:

• Oversee the monitoring, response, and engagement with followers and audience on all social media platforms.
• Build and nurture relationships with influencers and key social media personalities.
• Ensure customer queries and feedback are addressed promptly and professionally.

Analytics and Reporting:

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns.
• Prepare and present regular reports on social media activities and provide strategic recommendations based on insights.
• Continuously optimize content and strategy based on real-time data and feedback.

Social Media Advertising:

• Plan, execute, and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize ad performance to achieve maximum ROI.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across multiple campaigns.

Stay Updated with Trends:

• Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Conduct competitive analysis and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Quickly adapt to changes and implement new strategies on the fly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Experience with social media advertising and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
