At Pitch Catalyst, we are pioneers in transforming presentations and pitches into captivating, interactive, and data-driven experiences Our mission is to redefine digital storytelling, making every presentation an immersive journey We are seeking a dedicated Social Media Associate to join our team and help shape the future of persuasive storytelling and content-driven decisions Responsibilities: Content Creation and Curation: Create, curate, and schedule compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels to engage with our audience, respond to inquiries, and address customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. Campaign Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives. Analytics and Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to assess campaign performance, identify trends, and propose actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay Informed: Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, trends, and best practices, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our social media presence. Advertising Support: Support the development and implementation of social media advertising campaigns, including ad copy creation, targeting, and budget management. Competitor Analysis: Monitor industry competitors and conduct social media benchmarking to identify opportunities and develop strategies to stay ahead. Influencer Management: Manage social media influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify our message and increase brand awareness. Brand Consistency: Ensure brand consistency across all social media channels and adhere to company guidelines and policies. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns. Strong knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and emerging platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different brand voices. Proficiency in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights. Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging and shareable content. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media advertising platforms and experience in managing paid social media campaigns is a plus. Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic photo/video editing skills is desirable. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
