We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our companies and clients Social Media strategy in order to increase the online presence, improve the marketing and sales efforts for us and our clients. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Sales departments. Social Media Specialist Responsibilities Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google and other social media best practices Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy Define most important social media KPIs Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research Familiarity with web design and publishing Manage and oversee social media content Measure the success of every social media campaign Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies Use social media marketing tools Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams Monitor user engagement and suggest content optimization Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network Team player Excellent multitasking skills Good time-management skills Great interpersonal and communication skills Hire and train others in the team Social Media Specialist Requirements BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment Strong decision-making skills Writing and Speaking in English is MUST
