Job Description
At Ipsita Insurance Pvt. ltd, We are looking for an experienced, passionate and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will be working closely with Marketing and Sales departments. Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a robust social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Foster audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities and stay ahead.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate social media with broader campaigns.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics to enhance our strategies.
- Previous experience managing social media for brands or businesses.
- Proficiency in understanding platform nuances and audience preferences.
- Exceptional written communication and creative skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics.
- Keen interest in staying updated with the latest trends and algorithm changes.
