We help brands maximize their presence in the digital space and strengthen their brand identity.Role Description:This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all social media channels, creating content strategy, developing communication plans, and managing social media optimization (SMO) efforts. The Social Media Manager will also be responsible for writing and creating engaging social media content.The Key Responsibilities would be as below:

• Analyze customer expectations according to past social media activity
• Develop social media campaigns
• Define KPIs and KRAs for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.,
• Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics
• Establish relationships with social media influencers to develop a strong network
• Develop content or get it done by content developers
• Keep an eye on social media trends
• Communicate effectively to all stakeholders including senior management and content developers

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Communication
• Experience in creating and executing successful content strategy
• A creative opportunist up for trying new ideas and an ability to create fun, engaging content
• Strong client management skills and experience in delivering KPIs and KRAs
• Keen, ongoing awareness and interest in trends across social media globally
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and provide insights into social media performance metrics
• Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

General:

• Able to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and work to tight timescales
• Be a good communicator with strong relationship management skills
