We seek to provide unique recreational and educational craft experiences to adults and kids. Our experiences are mostly centered around woodworking and mosaic art. However, we also give opportunities for our customers to explore mosaic, resin, decoupage, stencil, clay, string art etc hand crafts. Currently, we are conducting various DIY Parties in Chennai and in the process of launching DIY kits for our e-commerce wing of the company. We are a team of young professionals hungry to grow. You will be responsible for creating original engaging content and managing our social media calendar to accelerate our growth and meet our marketing goals. The ideal candidate should have a passion for crafting and experience in handling brand\'s social media account end-to-end Detailed Job Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Skillo\'s brand and objectives. Create a roadmap for building a strong online presence and engaging with our target audience. Content Creation: Generate high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for our social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and Youtube. This includes creating visuals, videos, and written content that resonates with our audience. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote Skillo\'s products and services. Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize impact. Content Calendar Management: Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and deliver the content accordingly. Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and engagement. Identify and establish relationships with relevant influencers to promote the brand effectively. Social Media Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions. ( This is not a strict requirement, but a good to have ) Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies. Use data-driven insights to refine social media approaches and report progress to stakeholders. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or a similar role and in running successful social media advertising campaigns. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their audiences and algorithms, management tools and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling, analytics, and reporting. Creative mindset, a keen eye for visual content and ability to develop engaging content. Basic knowledge of SEO and performance marketing as they relate to social media would be a plus. Good knowledge of Ad Manager for Meta and Google Ads is a plus. Knowledge of tools for content creation and e-commerce such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Pixelcut is a plus. Excellent photography, videography and reel making skills and basic visual graphic designing preferred.
