The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and grow our online community. This role requires a creative thinker who can develop and implement social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Strategy:
• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to achieve marketing goals.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze social media trends, tools, and applications.
• Community Engagement:
• Foster and grow an active and engaged online community.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Organize and participate in online events to build community relationships.
• Content Creation:
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visuals and videos.
• Write compelling and engaging captions, posts, and articles.
• Ensure all content aligns with the brand voice and guidelines.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Monitor, track, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data to improve engagement and reach.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
• Brand Advocacy:
• Act as the voice of the brand across all social media platforms.
• Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Manage and mitigate any potential social media crises or issues.
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with marketing, PR, and customer service teams to align social media activities with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure a consistent global brand presence.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 4-5 years of experience in social media management and community building.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication skills and a good public speaker.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.
• Proficient in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas.

• Must be willing and able to travel abroad as needed.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
