We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager with 4+ years of experience to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy, building brand awareness, engaging our audience, and driving measurable results. We are looking for someone who is passionate about social media, has a strong understanding of current trends, and possesses excellent communication and analytical skills.ResponsibilitiesStrategy Development & Implementation:Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives.Create engaging content calendars and manage social media posting schedules.Identify and target key audiences across various social media platforms.Research and analyze competitor activities and industry trends.Content Creation & Curation:Create high-quality, engaging content, including text posts, images, videos, and stories.Curate relevant content from external sources to share with our audience.Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice and guidelines.Community Management:Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages.Engage with followers and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.Build and nurture online communities around our brand.Address customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.Performance Analysis & Reporting:Track and analyze key social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic, conversions).Generate regular reports on social media performance and provide insights for optimization.Use data to inform social media strategy and content creation.Platform Management:Manage and optimize social media profiles across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).Stay up-to-date with the latest social media platform features and algorithm changes.Explore and experiment with new social media platforms and tools.Paid Social Media Advertising:Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to reach targeted audiences.Manage budgets and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI.Analyze campaign data and provide recommendations for improvement.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).Experience: 4+ years of professional experience as a Social Media Manager.Skills:Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative content creation and storytelling abilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads).Knowledge of SEO principles (a plus).Graphic design skills (a plus).
