We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Management personnel to help manage and grow our Instagram presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Instagram and be passionate about social media strategies that drive engagement and growth. You will be responsible for implementing strategies that attract followers, optimize content, and enhance user engagement, all while contributing to the development of our online language learning community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track follower growth: Monitor and analyze Instagram Insights to evaluate what's working and make necessary adjustments to our content and engagement strategies.
• Content optimization: Develop and implement strategies for hashtag optimization, posting times, and content formats to increase visibility and reach.
• Post scheduling: Schedule posts and stories using a content calendar to ensure regular activity and consistency.
• Growth tactics: Design and execute strategies to increase followers, boost engagement, and improve our page's overall performance.
• Analyze engagement: Review user engagement to adjust strategies and ensure growth objectives are met.
