Job Description

We are seeking a Social Media and Design Intern to support our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, design and digital marketing. This role will involve creating engaging visual content, managing social media accounts and handling email communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:
- Design eye-catching graphics and videos using Canva and Filmora.
- Develop visually appealing posts tailored for different social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.

2. Social Media Management:
- Schedule and publish posts on various social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

3. Email Communication:
- Draft, format and send professional emails for marketing campaigns, newsletters and client communication.
- Maintain and update the email database.
- Assist in the development and implementation of email marketing strategies.

Qualifications:

- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor's degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design) or recent graduate.
- Proficiency in Canva and Filmora or similar design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic understanding of email marketing tools and strategies.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
