Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Assist in the development and design of engaging content including graphics, videos, and written posts tailored for each social media platform.
Social Media Strategy: Collaborate with the social media team to plan and execute a cohesive social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals.
Community Management: Monitor social media accounts, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to foster a positive community.
Analytics: Track and report on social media performance and analytics, and suggest improvements based on data insights.
Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on current trends and competitor activity that can enhance social media efforts.
Content Scheduling: Utilize social media management tools to schedule posts and ensure a consistent presence online.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing or a related field.
Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Creative and innovative thinker with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic photography and video editing skills are advantageous.
