Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manages the company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts and posts content. \xc2\xb7 Brainstorms campaign ideas. \xc2\xb7 Monitor various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. \xc2\xb7 Analyse analytics to gauge the success of campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. \xc2\xb7 Engages with customers or clients and provides service and/or sales. \xc2\xb7 Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes. \xc2\xb7 Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems. \xc2\xb7 Assists in creating performance reports.
