Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Assist in the development and creation of engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
• Social Media Management: Help manage and monitor the company's social media accounts, ensuring timely and accurate posting, and responding to comments and messages.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
• Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc., and provide regular reports on key metrics.
• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to stay updated and inform social media strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals and initiatives.
• Community Engagement: Foster and maintain a positive community by engaging with followers, answering queries, and encouraging user-generated content.
• Creative Input: Contribute innovative ideas for content, campaigns, and strategies to enhance the company's social media presence.
