We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, communicate with customers on social media platforms, and solve product-related issues. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media management and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers on various social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries.
• Monitor and manage customer comments, messages, and reviews.
• Identify and resolve product-related issues raised by customers on social media.
• Collaborate with other departments to address and solve customer problems effectively.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist in creating engaging content to foster a positive customer experience.
• Support the Social Media Manager in executing social media strategies.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new ideas and strategies for social media engagement.
• Track and analyze customer feedback and social media interactions.
• Prepare reports on customer queries and resolutions for the Social Media Manager.
• Provide insights and suggestions for improving customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
