Key Responsibilities:

• Support the creation and execution of social media strategies across various platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create, curate, and manage content (images, videos, written content) aligned with clients' brand voices and objectives.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments, messages, and interactions promptly.
• Assist in analyzing performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions) and recommend optimizations.
• Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually engaging social media posts.
• Aid in planning and executing social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways.
• Conduct competitor research and social media audits for clients.
• Help manage social media calendars and schedule content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or others.
• Provide regular updates and reports on social media performance.
