Position Overview:
As an Account Management Intern at Team Pumpkin, you will assist in managing client relationships and support the execution of marketing strategies. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing, project management, and digital marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Client Onboarding & Support:
• Assist in creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
• Support daily communication with clients through emails, phone calls, and meetings.

• Project Coordination:
• Help coordinate projects across various teams, ensuring timely delivery of services.
• Monitor project progress and assist in maintaining project timelines and budgets.

• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and inquiries.
• Actively listen to client feedback and work with the team to implement necessary adjustments.

• Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and project documentation.
• Assist in preparing reports on project performance and client satisfaction.

• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and operational teams to support client campaigns.
• Ensure all team members are aligned with the client's objectives and deliverables.

• Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Assist in analyzing data to provide insights for client strategies.

Desired Skills and Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
