: As a Social Media Manager Intern, you will play a vital role in executing the company\'s social media strategy and managing its online presence. • Assist in creating and implementing the company\'s social media strategy across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and curate engaging content, including text, images, videos, and infographics, to attract and retain followers.
• Monitor social media channels and promptly respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to optimize social media content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
• Use social media management tools to schedule and publish posts across different platforms, ensuring consistency and timely delivery.
• Track and analyze social media metrics and generate reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of social media efforts.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas for content and engagement.
• Assist in managing influencer collaborations and partnerships, including outreach, negotiation, and tracking performance.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for social media content, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Assist in creating and maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and cohesive social media presence.
• Support the development and implementation of social media advertising campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creation, and performance tracking.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or recently graduated).
• Strong passion for social media and digital marketing with a solid understanding of various social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop engaging social media content.
• Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop) for creating simple visuals.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization strategies for social media is desirable.
• Understanding of social media advertising and familiarity with ad targeting options is an advantage.
