Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Optimization (SMO) Expert to manage and optimize our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience in handling social media channels efficiently and possess the ability to analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Management :
• Manage daily operations of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and others.
• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content aligned with brand objectives.
• Performance Analytics :
• Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
• Generate reports on engagement, reach, follower growth, and other KPIs.
• Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Platform Optimization :
• Implement strategies to optimize social media profiles and content for maximum engagement and visibility.
• Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and trends.
• Content Collaboration :
• Collaborate with content creators and graphic designers to produce high-quality posts, stories, and reels.
• Ensure content is tailored to platform-specific audiences.
• Community Engagement :
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to enhance brand reputation.
• Build and maintain an active and engaged online community.
• Campaign Support :
• Assist in planning and executing paid campaigns to boost reach and engagement.
• Track campaign performance and ROI.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Social Media Optimization.
• Proficiency in handling multiple platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, and third-party tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
