Role Overview:
As a Social Media Intern, you will support our social media team in developing, implementing, and monitoring our social media strategies. You'll gain hands-on experience with content creation, engagement strategies, and analytics, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions and messages in a timely manner.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for engagement.
• Help track and analyze social media metrics and prepare reports on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing goals.
• Support the development of social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Assist in brainstorming and executing creative ideas for social media content.
Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is a plus.
• Basic graphic design skills (e.g., experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite) are a plus.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
